This Agreement is between you and Globle Game (hereinafter: “Site”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and pertains to your use of our website, including any materials and services available therein, and any successor site(s) thereto (the “Site”).

This Agreement includes a mandatory arbitration provision, explained in Section 11 below, which requires disputes to be resolved individually through arbitration rather than court proceedings or class actions.

You affirm that any information you provide is accurate and complete, and you commit to maintaining and updating it as needed. In case of discrepancies between this Agreement and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails.
JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES

You assume all risks and responsibilities in complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. The waiver of any breach does not constitute waiver of other breaches. Singular terms include the plural where applicable. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Globle Game. Notices may be sent via email, mail, or posting on the Site.
Globle Game is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond our control.
